Randayan Island
West Kalimantan is Province of Indonesia,  located on the island of  Kalimantan the provincial capital Pontianak. The area of West Kalimantan province is 146.807 sq.km (7.53 % of Indonesia). Is the fourth largest province after Papua, East Kalimantan and Central Kalimantan. The called of West Kalimantan is ‘’Seribu Pulau’’, because in west Kalimantan have hundreds of large and small rivers of which can be an often navigable.



In Kalimantan have so much destination that can to visited such as Randayan island. Randayan islands one of the archipelago Lemukutan located South China and eastern part of island of Borneo. The Island become one of the popular tourist destination in Kalimantan Barat which offers natural beauty and underwater life unspoiled.




  •   To get there
To achieve Randayan of cities, big cities in Indonesia is quite easy because there are domestic flights from Jakarta, Semarang, Surabaya and others city that stops in Pontianak. From Pontianak you can rent a car to reach the Guluf Suak Bengkayang the trips will be takes about 3 hours.
If you depart from Singkawan, the trip takes about 30 minute to get to the bay Suak. From the airport Supadio you can take a bus or taxi to Teluk Suak then from bay Suak, you can rent speed boot for the coast return about 150.000 IDR.

    •   Activities
            There are many things that you can do in Randayan Island. Such us Snorkeling and Diving is most popular activities because in Randayan Island have a wonderful underwater life including colorful live corals, larger Pelagics and small Leef fish as well as beautiful sea shells still alive with their occupants and an occasional Octopus. Other activities like take a selfie, fishing, sunbathe, and other things that you can do in Randayan Island are relaxing and enjoy every moment in Randayan Island.





    •  The Resort

             In Randayan Island also have resort that can you rent for a couple day when you want to visit Randayan Island. If you want to spend a night there you can book and for the coast you just prepare from 200.000 IDR per person per night.
  
  •       Culinary

            When you came to Singkawang don’t forget to taste any food there. So many foods that you can taste and maybe the food never you taste before. Even though in Singawang majority non Muslim but don’t worry there are have Halal food for you Muslim, especially. There are most popular food that you can taste when you in Singkawang:

Ø  Bubur Gunting


Ø  Choi Pan



Ø  Mie Kering




That’s all about Randayan Island in west Kalimantan,then also about how to get there, some activity that you can do, resort, and also some culinary that you can taste and the price offered is quite cheap. Lots of tourist spot that exist in Indonesia, which you can visit even explored, because the natural beauty that God has bestowed to the Indonesia so much and you deserve to enjoy. And do not ever to destroying the place that you want to going and keep it up to clean. So I think try to enjoy it beauty of Indonesia from Sabang to Merauke.
